Refund Policy

All clinic registrations are final within 30 days of the event start date.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the clinic are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the clinic start date for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or injury.

• Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be credited or applied to future clinics or participants.

• In the unlikely event that the clinic is canceled by organizers, all participants will receive a full refund.
